I am an assistant director in Dudley managing libraries, archives and adult learning - a job much higher than anything I was aiming for when I first started working in Wirral libraries at 17 xxxxxxx years ago. Was loving the challenge, but it meant less time for my interests, now trying to develop a more balanced life.
